New Clients: You must select a new client appointment and fill out an intake form before booking a service. I highly encourage new clients to book a video consultation if they have never had Reiki or Ear Acudetox. Consultations allow me to explain my services more in-depth as well as understand your needs if that interests you. Ultimately it saves us time during our session.
If you can afford it, I highly encourage clients to book Reiki and Ear Acudetox together, as both modalities can enhance each other.
Sliding Scale: Sliding scale applies to individual Reiki sessions only (not Reiki with Intuitive Spiritual Readings, Reiki trainings, or Ear Acudetox). I operate on an honor system - this means you have nothing to submit or prove to me. Sliding Scale starts at $40 or $50 up to $70 for all Reiki Sessions. The starting price for the scale depends on where my services are housed when you book, because different locations have different rental rates which means I may need to make up costs for renting a space. When booking, you will see an initial cost of $40 or $50 for an individual Reiki session, however, if you have the means, you can add an additional payment to bring your total up to $70 at checkout. Ear Acudetox is priced at a flat rate of $40 regardless of location. Reiki with Intuitive Spiritual Readings are priced at a flat rate of $60.
Refunds:
- Canceling at least 24 hours before the session is scheduled to begin: You can receive a 50% refund.
- Canceling with less than 24 hours notice: I cannot provide a refund. You are welcome to reschedule to a new date.
- No call no show = no refund
- In case of a cancellation or rescheduling on my behalf, a 100% refund can be given if the client can not choose a new date to reschedule or chooses not to continue with my services.
Please give me at least but no more than 48 hours to submit your refund request.
Rescheduling: If a session needs to be rescheduled, the funds you paid can go toward your new date. Please give me as much notice as possible, although I understand emergencies happen.
In Person Reiki Sessions:
- Arrival: Wearing a mask is optional. Please stay home and reschedule if you are sick. Please arrive on time to be courteous to my time as well as the clients after you. Grace periods can not extend 10 minutes past your booked time. If you arrive after 10 minutes there is a chance your session will need to be rescheduled to another date.
- Ending Our Session: I will provide water and support you taking your time coming back into your present awareness. We will then spend at least 10 minutes going over any areas of imbalances or alignment I noticed during your session and you may also share about your experience. If you booked a session with an Intuitive Spiritual Reading, the 10 minutes will be used to discuss the messages I received during your session.
Long Distance Reiki Sessions:
- Virtual/Video Call Session: This option is for clients who would like their Reiki sessions to take place on a video call (once the session has started having the camera on is optional). Please note, if you want your session to be virtual you must select this option as a free add-on service when booking. If you don't check that box when scheduling, the session will not be booked as virtual. Make sure you have the link to the video call. If you can't find it, please text or email me before the session begins. Once your session ends, drink water and take your time coming back into your present awareness. We will then spend at least 10 minutes going over any areas of imbalances or alignment I noticed during your session and you may also share about your experience. If you booked a session with an Intuitive Spiritual Reading, the 10 minutes will be used to discuss the messages I received during your session. It is your responsibility to take notes.
- Non-Virtual/Text Only Session: Please be ready to receive the Reiki energy (lying or sitting in a comfortable position with no distractions) at the start time you booked. This is not a virtual session which means it is your responsibility to remember the start time and look out for my text messages letting you know when I am starting and ending. It is highly advised that you drink water once your session ends. You will receive an email within 48 hours detailing any areas of imbalances or alignment I noticed during your session. If you booked a session with an Intuitive Spiritual Reading, the email will also focus on the messages I received during your session. If you don't see an email from me within 48 hours, please check your spam and then text or email me if you still have not received it.
Thanks for booking with me. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
