Reiki is form of holistic energy which enhances and supports your body and souls capability to heal itself on all levels. This life force energy can bring us into alignment emotionally, mentally, spiritually, & physically. It supports the transformation of the entire self as Reiki energy flows from the practitoners hands throughout the client, thus creating harmony in your system.
This is a process where you make the choice to bring yourself into emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical oneness, therefore bringing mind, body, and spirit together, increasing your body’s ability to heal itself. As Reiki energy balances our energetic system it supports us in remaining in a reciprocal relationship with ourselves.
Wellness is achieved through restoring the entire being to harmony & balance which Reiki supports. Reiki can also support personal & spiritual evolution and helps as one moves through emotional and mental trauma.
Emotionally/Mentally: Reiki supports relief from grief, anger, anxiety, and stress. Emotional blocks, thought patterns, & unbalanced emotions can be brought to our awareness for release. We can use this awareness to make necessary changes on our journey.
Physically: Supports relief from physical pain. Organs, glands, nerves, body systems & cells revitalize & renew. The body’s own healing abilities are stimulated.
Spiritually: You can enter into a deeper connection with your divine self, ancestors, or spirit guides. Intuition can also increase. You don’t need to belong to a specific spiritual practice for Reiki to work, however, it can enhance whichever practice you engage in.
By allowing Reiki (universal life force energy) attuned to the practitioner through training, to flow through them into you, you agree to take an important step on your healing journey towards a more centered, aware, and whole version of yourself. Remember the Reiki Practitioner is simply a channel for the Reiki to flow. Reiki practitioners are not "healers", but simply channels assisting your body and spirit in healing itself. Masks are required for this option during the entirety of the session, no exceptions! A 30 min or hour-long in-person reiki session. This involves the client lying on a massage table or sitting in a chair if you have physical accessibility needs. This can be a contact or no contact session. I do not make house calls at this time. Reiki energy transcends time and space meaning you can receive this energy without sharing space with me. These sessions can take place no matter how close or far I am in physical proximity to the client. Virtual (Google Meet Google Meet free add on service when booking) and non virtual sessions are available.
Ear Acudetox is a form of Ear Acupunture. It is the placement of small needles in 5 points of each ear. Each point that I work with correlates to your kdineys, lungs, liver, sympathetic nervous system, and Shen Men (Spiritual Gate). Studies have prooven that this practice has been shown to decrease cravings for alcohol and drugs as well as reducing withdrawl symptoms. Reduced sugar cravings have also been noted. On a mental and emotional level, it has been proven to reduce anxiety, insomnia, anger, grief, and fear. Physically, this practice can directly help detoxify the kidney, liver, & lungs, ease the sympathetic nervous system, and enhance relaxation.
Trainings
I currently offer trainings in Reiki Level One and Level Two. Each training is a part of the Usui Reiki Ryoho system. If you plan on taking Reiki Level Two with me but have not taken Level One with me, please be prepared to provide documentation listing your Reiki lineage and/or the name and contact information of the person who previously trained you so I can verify your Level One training. Otherwise, you will not be able to participate. When I decide to offer a Level Three training, I will only train those who have previously trained with me in Reiki Level Two. Classes are always held on a Saturday and Sunday during the same weekend for about 7 - 7 1/2 hours each day. All training materials are provided, including a Reiki handbook for you to keep for each level. You will also receive a Reiki certificate listing your entire lineage traced back to Mikao Usui. Lunch is not included.
The training fee for Reiki Level One is $150 per person, and the training fee for Reiki Level Two is $225 per person. My fees are set to reimburse me for creating physical handbooks for 5 to 6 participants, the time I spend planning the training, the energy required for giving attunements to 5 to 6 people multiple times in one weekend, and the overall labor involved. You will also have continued access to me after the training if you have questions or need support.
A Level One training will take place in June 2026, and a Level Two training will take place in July 2026. I will update my website at the end of May with the dates for the next Level One training and a link to a sign-up and payment form. Group trainings are also available, possibly at a reduced rate per person. Please inquire by email so we can discuss general interest, group size, and group needs.
Becoming a Level One Reiki practitioner means the primary focus of your Reiki practice will be on yourself and, from time to time, those closest to you. It is mainly about developing a deep relationship with Reiki energy and working on yourself before giving to others. In my Reiki Level One training, you will learn the history of Reiki, how to ground yourself, basic energetic cleansing techniques, hand placements, the Reiki precepts, how to develop a deeper relationship with yourself, and what it means to receive Reiki for yourself before giving to others.
Reiki Level Two is an opportunity to build upon and advance what was learned in Level One. In Level Two, you will learn how to open the energetic channels needed to send long-distance Reiki to those in need. Reiki can transcend time and space, which means you will be able to send Reiki to people regardless of physical distance. Multiple symbols will be taught, each with a different purpose to strengthen the Reiki energy holistically. Greater emphasis is placed on spiritual development, chanting, walking with Reiki in daily life, and honoring the Reiki practice as a spiritual system during this training.
Group Sessions
